Mystery "Deadline at Dawn", a "Tower Mystery", was made into a film by RKO Radio Pictures, starring Susan Hayward, Bill Williams and Paul Lukas. Book is illustrated with black and white photographs from film. Black cloth with green titling on spine, green illustration on front, end papers and title page illustrated with black and white photographs, four pages of black and white photographs in text, as well as several black and white line drawings of clocks. Spine has some pale white smudges, pages and text block edges darkened, pale red number on end paper, some green underlining on end paper which lists actors from film. Dust jacket has edgewear, chipping at lower end and edges of spine, top of spine has 1" by .5" open tear and 1" closed tear. 219 pages
