Surey a hot seller at the time as highway and driving regulations were quite a novelty. Small booklet, beight card covers with black titling, staple binding, lots of interesting auto-related advertisements of the times, 40 pages. Pencil marks on the covers, small oil stain at top right edge that runs through most of the text pages, first page has a crease mark.
